300gFrozen Berry Mixblackberries, black and red currants are ideal
1tbspBrown Sugar
1Large Orangejuiced

Instructions
Put the frozen berries and brown sugar into a small non-stick saucepan over a low heat stirring as the fruit thaws and the sugar melts, about 10 minutes.
Add the fresh orange juice and stir to combine. Bring to a slow simmer for about 5 minutes whisking occaisionally to break down the fruit.
If the sauce thickens too much add a small amount of water and warm through.
Notes
If you prefer a seedless smooth sauce rather like a coulis then pass the sauce through a sieve before serving.
