- 4 cobs Sweetcorn
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Lemon juiced
Fill a saucepan with enough water to cover the cobs.
Add the sugar and lemon juice to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the cobs to the pan, put on the lid, turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.
Remove the cobs from the pan and enjoy.
